Welcome to our exquisite Tropical Paradise located in the heart of Boynton Beach, south Florida. It is nestled in a quiet Cul de sac and the house is surrounded by a tropical atmosphere with over 13 varieties of palm trees such as Washingtonian, Sylvesters, Bismarck and Pony Tail Palm . Beautifully landscaped and nicely decorated 3 Bedroom and 3 bathroom single family house. The house was built in 1999 and underwent a total renovation in 2021. Boynton Beach is a small city located between Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Whether you decide to seek out the beaches, you are a nature lover or an avid dinner we have it all. Boynton’s Tropical Paradise is less than two miles from
the most scenic stretches of coastal land on A1A. The house is in a desirable location and it is
centrally located.
The house is located less than 6 miles from downtown Delray, with a vibrant nightlife, 2 miles from
Gulfstream Mall,14 miles away from the Kravis Center and the nearest airport is Palm Beach
International, which is only 12 miles from Boynton’s Tropical Oasis. For all the baseball lovers we are
approximately 20 miles Cacti Park and 30 minutes to Roger Dean Stadium
This 3-bedroom, 3- bathroom vacation home offers flat-screen TVs, washing machine, dryer, and afully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, wine cellar and oven.
In addition to a year-round outdoor heated pool, Tropical paradise also offers outdoor play games
like, Corn Holes, Connect Four and Jumbo Jenga for the family to create more memorable
experiences together.

A Gumbo Limbo which is native to Florida and its bark flakes and turns reddish hence its called the tourist tree.

Things to Know
Our maintenance staff visit the property twice per week, Wednesdays and Sundays to ensure that the exterior property is well maintained and kept in pristine condition for our guests.
The Pool Deck Area: Includes a TV on the deck for sport lovers and a 3 burner Weber Grill with
patio chairs and lounge chairs.
